Our History.
Cocoon Property was established by Dominic Arnold in 1999 in Brighton, following a successful career as a property developer, where he worked both as project and site manager.
In our vast experience of refurbishment and development we’ve come across many forms of damp and have developed systems to eradicate problems associated with moisture, condensation, mould and foul air.
As our satisfied clients – in and around London, Sussex and Kent – have testified, we can usually guarantee a damp-free home once our systems are implemented. In addition, our talented team of surveyors and installers is polite, professional and punctual, and will keep any disruptions to a minimum.

Early March 2011 saw cocoon exhibiting our latest heat recovery products at the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference in Brighton where Green MP Caroline Lucas gave a talk on ‘Greening your Business’. We support her stance on energy saving and can confirm in correspondence with Cocoon that she endorses the principals of heat recovery. “Heat recovery ventilation has real potential to address the health hazards associated with condensation and mould growth in our homes.
